Job Description
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of experience in Terminal Operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Optimization.
* Experience in managing key client relationships & business consulting.
* Someone who can think “out of the box” and make recommendations that add value to our clients.
* Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management.
* Proven track record of successful optimization projects in a container terminal or similar environment.
* Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and optimization techniques.
* Ability to travel as required for site assessments and client engagements.
* Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in container terminal operations.
