Position Summary:

As an International Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. You will ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with local regulations, while aligning with the company’s global total rewards strategy. This role plays a key part in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Global Compensation Strategy:
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve compensation structures across all international locations.
* Manage annual salary review processes, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
* Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and market analyses using tools like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Radford.
* Benefits Administration:
* Oversee global and local benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, life insurance, etc.), ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate with local HR teams to align benefit offerings with market practices and employee expectations.
* Compliance & Governance:
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
* Manage internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends globally.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on total rewards effectiveness and ROI.
* Project Management:
* Lead or participate in global HR projects
* Partner with cross-functional teams (HRBP, Finance, Legal) on strategic initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Advise senior management, HR Business Partners, and line managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
* Communicate total rewards philosophy and programs to employees across cultures and geographies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong international exposure.
* Deep understanding of global compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits practices.
* Proficient in data analysis and modeling (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
* Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
