Blogmerce HQ, an international e-commerce group operating several fast-growing consumer brands, is looking for a Community Manager to join our remote team.
You’ll be working for one of our brands in the outdoor industry, helping us strengthen our online presence, manage our community of passionate customers, and build lasting relationships through creative content and engagement.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow our community across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand tone and voice.
* Reach out to content creators and influencers to produce videos and visuals showcasing our products.
* Monitor engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements to boost community growth.
* Help organize and schedule content that inspires and connects with our audience.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written English (French is a plus).
* Strong communication and social media management skills.
* Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Notion.
* Basic knowledge of content creation, video editing, or influencer collaboration is a big plus.
* Organized, reliable, and proactive with a positive team mindset.
