About the Role 🤔
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our online communities across multiple platforms. This role is essential in fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, prospects, and industry professionals while protecting and enhancing our brand reputation across digital touchpoints. The role holder will be a strong writer and communicator, passionate about engaging audiences while also exercising empathy and professionalism when addressing criticism — ensuring that every interaction, even in response to negative feedback, reinforces trust, respect, and our brand’s values.
Your responsibilities:
Social Media & Community Management
* Manage Onclusive social media channels - including daily engagement across the likes of LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram and TikTok
* Monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, and trending topics to identify engagement opportunities
* Develop platform-specific content strategies
* Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential customers
Reputation Management
* Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback on Glassdoor, G2, Capterra, and other review platforms
* Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback professionally
* Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to address employer brand concerns raised on professional platforms
* Track and report on reputation metrics and sentiment analysis
Content Creation
* Develop engaging content including posts, responses, multimedia assets and blogs to engage our target audience of PR, Communications and Marketing professionals
* Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all social media and additional third party platforms
* Educate the marketing team on social media best practice and guidelines
* Create community guidelines and best practices for external engagement
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing activities and business goals
Analytics & Reporting
* Track performance metrics including engagement rates, community growth, sentiment, and lead generation
* Provide regular reports on community health, brand perception, and competitive insights
* Use data to optimize community strategies and demonstrate ROI
Who you are:
* You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* You have 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
* Complete fluency in English and is required; proficiency in another language is a plus,
* Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude
* Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
* Experience with review platforms (G2, Glassdoor, etc.)
* Knowledge of SaaS industry trends, terminology, and customer journey
* Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
* Ability to craft compelling, professional responses that reflect brand values
* Strong relationship builder and team player
