Community Manager

📣 We’re Hiring a Community Manager! | Remote

Blogmerce HQ is looking for an energetic and community-driven Community Manager to join our remote e-commerce team. You’ll be working on one of our outdoor lifestyle brands, engaging with our passionate audience, strengthening our online presence, and building meaningful relationships across social platforms.

🔧 What You’ll Do

* Manage and grow our community on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy & consistency
* Maintain a strong brand voice and collaborate closely with the marketing team
* Coordinate with content creators & influencers to generate authentic UGC, videos, and visuals
* Monitor engagement metrics, analyze community feedback, and suggest improvements
* Help plan, organize, and schedule content that inspires, educates, and connects with our audience

🎯 What We’re Looking For

* Excellent written English (French is a plus)
* Strong communication skills and experience managing social media communities
* Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, or similar
* Basic understanding of content creation, video editing, or influencer partnerships is a plus
* Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently

✨ Nice to Have

* Experience with UGC sourcing or creator outreach
* Knowledge of social media trends & platform best practices
* Understanding of customer feedback loops, community insights, or retention strategies
