About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team and lead the community engagement efforts for a major sports club in Casablanca. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with a passionate fanbase and build a vibrant online community around the world of sports.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active online presence.
* Moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all community members.
* Create engaging content, including updates, polls, and interactive discussions, related to the sports club and its activities.
* Act as a liaison between the sports club and its fans, gathering feedback and communicating important information.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing and communication goals.
* Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in community management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community best practices.
