Role Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Community Manager to become the voice of Thep 3.14 and our diverse clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and engaging our digital communities across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling and skilled at fostering meaningful connections that drive brand loyalty and achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative communication and branding strategies.
* Create, produce, and schedule engaging content, including videos, stories, and posts, using tools like Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Manage and animate our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and propose fresh ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and align on project goals.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
* Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
* Proficiency with social media analytics and management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling content.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies based on data.
* A creative and adaptable mindset with a genuine passion for building engaged communities.
* Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* An MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management of Fashion/Luxury, or a related field.
* Experience in the fashion, luxury, or public relations industries.
