Who We Are Looking For (The Intern Profile)

You don’t need to be an AI expert yet—we will teach you that. We are looking for anyone who is hungry to learn, willing to grow, and fits into one of these buckets:

* The AI-Curious: Anyone fascinated by how AI is changing the world and eager to master it.
* The Design Space: Aspiring or current designers who want to stay ahead of the industry curve.
* The Marketing & Content Space: Social media managers, content creators, and growth hackers who know how to capture attention and build digital spaces.

The Mission: Who You’ll Be Scouting

Your primary mission as an intern will be to find, connect with, and bring the best creative minds into Chromatic Lab. You will be actively networking with and recruiting:

* Visual Creators: Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Video Editors, and Motion Designers.
* Spatial & Product Architects: Interior Designers, Architects, and Product/Industrial Designers.
* Digital Builders: Web Designers, UI/UX Designers, and 3D Artists.

Key Responsibilities
* Outreach & Growth: Identify and connect with talented designers across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, TikTok) and invite them to join the Lab.
* Community Engagement: Keep the energy high! Post in the daily feed, share what you’re working on, what you’ve learned, and spark conversations with new members.
* Co-Create the Future: As a Founding Member, your feedback directly influences what workflows, courses, and tools we build next.
