Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Marrakesh. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing the online and offline community of The Originals Creative Agency. Core responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and implementing community engagement strategies, responding to queries, fostering conversations, and organizing events to enhance community connection. The role also includes analyzing engagement metrics, gathering community feedback, and working closely with the marketing and creative teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Experience with Social Media Management, Community Engagement, and Content Creation
* Strong skills in Communication, Relationship Management, and Customer Service
* Knowledge of Social Media Analytics, Metrics, and Reporting Tools
* Proven ability to Organize Events and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Familiarity with the creative and marketing industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
* Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
