About the role :

We are seeking a seasoned Communication Business Partner to join our Communication and Change Management Plan department within the Digital Technology team.

This role is pivotal in supporting our ambitious digital transformation initiatives, where you will contribute to defining and implementing our communication strategy. You will engage with Digital Technology teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience, driving the success of our transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the development of the overall communication strategy for the Digital Technology department.
* Implement communication plans that effectively convey key messages and initiatives.
* Engage with Digital Technology teams to ensure alignment and understanding of communication objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to enhance communication efforts.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote engagement and collaboration among teams.
* Articulate communication with change management plan
* Develop and produce engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
* Design visually appealing graphics, presentations, and multimedia content that align with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
* Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content production and design.
