The ideal candidate for the Marketing Automation Manager position would have:
·Data-driven, analytical mindset, excellent at project management and detail oriented (e.g., they will own the day-to-day oversight of our operational processes, so will need to understand them so well that they can identify outliers/issues quickly and troubleshoot/diagnose as needed)
·Some experience with SFDC – pulling/manipulating reports, creating/managing campaigns, working understanding of the SFDC data model and role of CRM in an organization
·Marketo experience is a must
·Some experience pulling ad hoc reports and conducting data analysis
·Some experience with digital marketing channels a big plus – SEO, web, paid social, LinkedIn for B2B, etc.
·Curious, a self-starter, someone who loves to learn and figure things out on their own
·Experience with AI, even if it is using ChatGPT on their day to day to work smarter, a big plus
·Excellent Excel skills are a must – should be able to manipulate data, pull pivot tables, create v/h lookups, etc.
·At least 7+ years of experience in Marketo and 5+ years in SFDC.
