We are recruiting a Commercial Technician on behalf of our client in the agri-food sector to support the development of blueberry sales in the Agadir region.
Individual Accountabilities
* Develop Blueberry business in its assigned area (Agadir), commercial and business development activities.
* Deliver Blueberry revenue and profitability growth targets
* Ensure profitability through professional, analytical and data-driven decision making
* Advising technical to client as the way of continuing growing sales and productivity.
* Giving technical formation to clients.
* Sharing best practices among clients and internal departments.
* Ensure the collection of royalties
* Following up blueberry client's production.
* Collection of royalties.
* Ensure the coordination between Blueberries commercial activities and other commercial crops in the region
Academic Background:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomic or related field.
Technical Skills:
* Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.
* Ability to manage challenges.
* Demonstrated skills negotiating.
* Ensure sufficient collaboration with regional functions.
Languages:
* English: Fluent
* Spanish: Desirable
* Arabic: Native
* French : Desirable
