Role Overview:


MISSIONS :

The Responsible of Codification and Diversity (RCD) assist the Hardware Planning and Configuration Lead (H-PCL) in the implementation and piloting of the operational configuration of hardware domain.

It is operationally attached to the Hardware Planning and Configuration Lead (H-PCL).


The mission takes effect on the Contract Milestone, covering the launch of the first application and the secondary launches, until the transfer to serial life.


As such, he:


* Creates, structures and maintains the composition produced from the Provisional Organic Composition (TPL) and manages the associated diversity (variants and cases of employment) in the IS.
* Creates the structure of the R3P (PLM) by attaching the nodes structuring (NP), creating the variants (PA) with their cases of use (case of use)
* Constructs design BOM (PLM = flat nomenclature, assembly bill.) for the various stages, ensuring completeness and quality for all diversity Vehicle/Body
* Controls the recovery of data from DMU in BOMs


* Create, structure and maintain DMU
* Constructs the DMU Project Tree (structure)
* Maintains the Project Tree in the Digital Maquette (MNU) from the study tasks (parts renewed, modified or new) identified in the EDE based on the studies conducted in Advance of Phase

Update on the progress of the DMU structure and design BOM

* Creates objects to formalize the components of the composition produced for each conf. Target (EDE/L) in SI
* At the request of the designers, upon validation of the H-PCL, generated the EDS to track the realization of the deliverables
* Assists designers in the dissemination and formalization of their deliverables (file preparation, standards enforcement)
* Commits, with the Designers, to the dissemination or formalization of the definitions for a stage,


* Identifies, pilots and reports the risks of its perimeter


* Performs reporting to the project and GPCM of its perimeter


* Analyzes ICONE anomalies and shares the anomalies with its H-PCL


* Make available the RTCs for each TK and their analysis every month and share with its H-PCL.

TECHNICAL & MANAGERIAL SKILLS:


* Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent
* 1–3 years of professional experience (experience in the automotive industry)
* Good level of English
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy
