* Virtualization & Cloud Management: Configure and maintain Virtual Server Environments (vSphere 7+) with a focus on performance and reliability.
* Automation & Orchestration: Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible to streamline operations.
* Email Systems Administration: Manage and support MS Exchange environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
* Cloud Platform Expertise: Certified in Azure, AWS, or GCP with hands-on experience in cloud application support.
* Windows/Linux Systems Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain high-availability Windows and Linux server environments.
* Security Policy & Compliance: Develop, enforce, and audit security policies and procedures to safeguard infrastructure.
* Backup & Identity Management: Administer NetBackup solutions and RSA security systems for data protection and access control.
* Network Security & Authentication: Manage user authentication, access controls, and network security protocols.
* Vulnerability Management: Investigate security vulnerabilities, implement remediation strategies, and ensure compliance.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors for product support, escalations, and issue resolution.

Compétences et expérience requises

* Bachelor of Information Technology/ Computer Science
* 5+ years in systems administration (Windows & Linux) with a focus on virtualization, automation, and cloud.
* Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 7+ (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting).
* Proficiency in Ansible automation (writing playbooks, managing inventories, YAML).
* Experience managing MS Exchange (mail flow, security, hybrid configurations).
* Cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
* Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with enterprise backup solutions (NetBackup, Veeam) and security tools (RSA, MFA).
* Knowledge of security best practices (vulnerability management, patch management, IAM).
