Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Outreach Representative, located in Casablanca. The Client Outreach Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include effective communication and follow-ups with clients, managing customer service requests, driving sales growth through client engagement, and participating in client training sessions to provide thorough product knowledge and service understanding.
