Morgan Philips Executive Search has been retained exclusively by a national leader to support the recruitment of a Chief Brand and Product Communication Officer (CB&PCO).

This newly created role, reporting directly to the Executive Committee, is designed to unify brand strategy, product brand architecture and 360 communication under a single leadership, in a context of deep transformation of the group's identity and market positioning.


Scope of the role


Brand Strategy and Architecture. Define and drive the group's brand vision, build the corporate positioning and identity strategy, ensure the coherence of the product brand architecture across the full portfolio, and monitor brand health through continuous tracking of market perceptions and brand equity indicators.

360 Communication and Campaigns. Lead group and product communication strategy, design and deploy high-volume offline and digital campaigns, manage communication and media agencies with exacting standards, and ensure every communication initiative directly serves the group's differentiation and brand preference objectives.

Market Intelligence and Consumer Insights. Leverage market research, consumer insights and competitive intelligence to continuously inform brand positioning and communication choices, and identify opportunities to strengthen the group's brand in a fast-evolving consumer environment.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Governance. Work in close alignment with marketing, sales, customer care and innovation teams to ensure full consistency of the brand experience across all touchpoints, and coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to guarantee compliance of all messages and claims.

Performance and Reporting. Define KPIs for brand success and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, results and strategic decisions.


Performance indicators


The CB&PCO's success will be measured across four dimensions: progression of brand awareness and equity indicators, measurable effectiveness of high-volume campaigns, consistency of the brand experience across all touchpoints, and direct contribution to the group's market differentiation and preference objectives.


Your profile


Education. Graduate of a leading business school or university, with a Bac+5 degree in marketing, communication or strategy.

Experience. You bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand architecture and senior communication, with a proven track record in B2C environments with high campaign volumes. Your background is grounded in consumer-facing sectors: Distribution, Beauty, Media, or any sector driven by large-scale consumer campaigns. You have built or transformed a brand function, not merely managed an existing scope.

Leadership. You are at ease at ExCom level, able to articulate a brand vision against growth and consumer preference objectives. You lead cross-functional teams, manage communication and media agencies with rigor, and navigate complex, nationally scaled organizations with effectiveness.

Market Vision. You bring a structured and precise reading of markets, consumer dynamics and competitive landscapes, and translate those insights into concrete brand strategy and clear communication choices.

Languages. Operational fluency in French, English and Arabic, including Darija, is required. This trilingualism is a non-negotiable condition of the role.
