Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a wokman located in Belvédère,Casablanca. will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring portion control, adhering to food safety guidelines, managing inventory, and collaborating with the head chef to develop new recipes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring timely service of dishes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, Line Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen
* Expert knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
* Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
* Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing new recipes
* Ability to manage and train junior kitchen staff
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
* Relevant culinary education or certification is beneficial
