Agency Director – Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our luxury hospitality and real estate partners, managing exclusive villas and duplexes in Marrakech. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a versatile and hands-on Agency Director to lead operations, manage teams, and ensure an exceptional client and owner experience.

Position: Agency Director

Location: Marrakech, Morocco

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day operations across two divisions:
* Luxury rentals & VIP concierge services (Airbnb, Booking, direct bookings).
* Longer-term villa rentals with full property management.
* Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team including sales, technicians, housekeeping, and drivers.
* Act as primary contact for villa owners: prepare performance reports, audits, and oversee financial flows (revenue, staff payroll, profit distribution).
* Supervise guest relations, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from booking to departure.
* Optimize digital platforms and channel managers (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), while building a strong direct client base.
* Collaborate with strategic and marketing teams to develop commercial growth strategies.
* Maintain operational excellence, ensuring availability to guide and support teams daily.

Candidate Profile

* Francophone with strong command of Moroccan Arabic; good level of English is an asset.
* Proven experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury services management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams.
* Knowledge of digital booking platforms and channel management systems.
* Highly organized, diplomatic, and service-oriented.
* Dynamic, committed, and flexible leader, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
