We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Engineer to join our team as a Chef de Département Raffinerie.

📍 Location: Roches Noires Casablanca

🔹 Profile Required:

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• 7 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment

• Strong expertise in:

✔ Production Operations

✔ Industrial Maintenance

✔ Project Management

✔ Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize refinery production activities

• Ensure operational performance, safety, and quality standards

• Manage industrial projects and maintenance activities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Supervise and develop technical teams

🔹 Skills:

• Leadership & team management

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Performance-driven approach
