Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine located in Casablanca. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, designing menus, ensuring kitchen safety and hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and overseeing food quality. The role also involves inventory management, sourcing ingredients, and collaborating with the restaurant management team to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Qualifications
* Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
* Strong leadership and staff management skills
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification is preferred
* Previous experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role is beneficial
