Oncorad Group is looking for a creative and results-oriented Chargé(e) de Communication & Marketing to enhance our visibility and support our growth through effective communication and marketing strategies.

• Responsibilities:
• Implement the communication and marketing strategy, both online and offline.
• Manage social media platforms and develop editorial calendars including posts, visuals, and videos.
• Design and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the performance of initiatives through tracking indicators and return on investment.
• Enhance the group's brand awareness and image.
• Organize events and promotional activities.
• Produce mini video capsules featuring the group's physicians.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.

• Requirements:
• Holder of a Bac+5 in marketing, communication, or equivalent.
• Ideally, have experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in digital tools, including social media, Ads platforms, and Analytics tools.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong creative sense.
• Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and autonomous capabilities.
• Results-oriented with the ability to propose relevant actions.
