Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO / Country Head located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The CEO / Country Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and strategic direction of the company. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, managing sales, finance, and operational activities, and driving the company's growth initiatives to ensure sustained success. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, board members, and various departments to achieve organizational goals.

* Finance and Operations Management skills
* Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
* Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
* Leadership and team management capabilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field is preferred
* Experience in the energy industry is a plus
