Wasit, is an realy stage fintech–agritech startup turning small farms into investable, revenue-generating projects in Morocco and beyond.
Role
In this role, you will be the founder's right hand, handling the tasks that keep the company moving, from admin to operations. You will learn what it takes to build a startup from the ground up in Morocco, across operations, tech, and fundraising.
What you’ll do
* Support farmer operations: reviewing details on our internal platform, testing workflows, keeping records clean.
* Manage day-to-day ops: scheduling, planning, document formatting, research.
* Handle tools and processes: we use many tools and we are always looking for better ones that support our growth.
* Light marketing: draft Instagram posts, prep content.
* Be the first line of execution for “things that must get done.”
What we’re looking for
* Recent graduate or final-year student (business, management, engineering, agriculture, or related).
* You are comfortable with digital tools and a fast learner.
* You figure things out without waiting for hand-holding.
* You are organized, reliable, and fast.
* Strong English is required, French/Arabic is a plus.
* You are not looking for a regular 9-5.
