Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Mentor at IGNITIA Incubator. The Business Mentor will work with early-stage startup founders to provide guidance on business planning, mentoring, and training. Daily tasks include one-on-one mentoring sessions, conducting training workshops, and assisting with financial planning and strategy development.

Qualifications

* Experience in Business Planning, Small Business operations, and Finance
* Proficiency in Mentoring and Training new entrepreneurs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
* Relevant experience in startup ecosystems or incubators is a plus
* Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
