Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business English / ESL Trainer located in the Prefecture of Casablanca. The Business English / ESL Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering English language training programs tailored to business professionals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive workshops and one-on-one sessions, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback. The trainer will also focus on enhancing participants' business communication skills to meet professional standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Excellent Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
* Knowledge and understanding of business concepts and practices
* Experience in teaching Business English or ESL
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
* TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred
* Proficiency in using educational technology and training software
