Position overview
As a Business Enablement Specialist you support the Digital Solutions organization in contract and order management, customer billing support
activities, revenue analysis and process improvement to enable successful business outcomes.
Business Enablement Specialist (P3)
Key responsibilities
● Support customer billing including setting up billing using contract information as a
source; investigating & resolving billing issues; assessing and submitting billing
adjustment requests, performing billing calculation; conducting audits on invoicing
● Oversee order management to fulfill customer order for Digital Solutions portfolio
offerings
● Perform contract management including uploading to Salesforce, searching, maintain
and auditing contracts
● Perform revenue variance analysis and identify revenue leakage and revenue generating
opportunities
Functional competencies
● General knowledge of billing, order and contract management
● General knowledge of process improvement and documentation
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
Qualifications
● 5+ years experience in related work
● Bachelor’s degree in Business or Financial related careers
● French written skills is an asset
