As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding access to the company’s medical innovations across Morocco. In this field-based position, you will work directly with hospitals, healthcare professionals, local societies and distribution partners to build trust, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth within your territory, delivering on high-reaching business goals.
* Build strong collaborator relationships, from surgeons and healthcare providers to local partners and distributors.
* Increase category share through account segmentation, demand generation, and new product launches.
* Be the go-to expert for the platform, providing training, technical support, and product strategy insights.
* Leverage tools like SFDC to ensure sales effectiveness and gather key market intelligence (disease trends, competitive landscape, etc.).
Requirements
* 3 to 5 years of proven experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare sales.
* A background in life sciences, medical, or business education is preferred.
* Solid understanding of the Moroccan market is essential.
* Fluent in French and English - both written and spoken.
* Consistent track record in relationship-building, business development, and influencing key decision-makers.
* A self-motivated great teammate with high emotional intelligence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Skilled in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
