The Opportunity


We are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to be a key engine of our global growth. You will be the face of XSIS to prospective enterprise clients, shaping our market presence and directly contributing to our bottom line. The position can be based in MENA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.


What You Will Do

* Strategic Growth: Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and target markets for our AI solutions.
* Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, meticulously tracking progress in our CRM system.
* Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives within target enterprise accounts.
* Solution Selling: Articulate XSIS’s value proposition with clarity and confidence. Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations that translate complex technical features into tangible business benefits.
* Deal Execution: Lead the full sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing agreements to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technical, product, and leadership teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide market feedback that informs product strategy.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze AI/tech industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging opportunities to position XSIS as a market leader.
* Relationship Cultivation: Build C-suite-level connections with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on AI-driven transformation.


What You Bring to the Table

* Proven Experience: 5-7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically within the technology sector (SaaS, Enterprise Software, or AI solutions is highly preferred).
* Track Record of Success: A demonstrable history of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
* Exceptional Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. You possess outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Acumen: A strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts, particularly in the AI/ML space, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strategic Mindset: You are a self-starter who can think strategically to build a territory plan, identify key accounts, and navigate complex organizational structures.
* Professional Attributes: A high degree of autonomy, resilience, and integrity. You are a resourceful problem-solver who is driven by results and works effectively in a collaborative, global team.
* CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite.
