About the Role
SharkX is looking for motivated and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our Casablanca office.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the agency’s growth across regional and international markets.
This is a sales-focused role with strong commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Present SharkX services and support introductory sales conversations
* Coordinate with internal teams on proposals and client requirements
* Maintain accurate follow-ups and pipeline tracking
* Support business growth initiatives and partnerships
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
* Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
* Fluent in Arabic and French, English is a plus
* Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
* Based in Casablanca
