  • Impact & Readiness Assessments: Conduct thorough change impact assessments to evaluate how infrastructure changes (e.g., migrating from on-premise to AWS/Azure, network security updates) affect daily business operations.

  • Communication Management: Formulate clear, jargon-free communication plans to articulate the "why," "when," and "how" of technical shifts to non-technical employees.

  • Training & Capability Building: Partner with training teams to define requirements, design materials, and deliver programs that upskill employees on new infrastructure tools and platforms.

  • Resistance Mitigation: Proactively identify points of friction or resistance within the organization and deploy targeted tactics to address them.

  • Benefits Realization: Track adoption rates and proficiency metrics to ensure the business achieves the expected ROI from its infrastructure investments.

  • Methodology: Strong knowledge and application of structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or CCMP).

  • Technical Literacy: While not a hands-on engineer, you must comfortably understand infrastructure concepts (Cloud, DevOps, SaaS/PaaS, Network Security, Data Centers) to effectively translate technical shifts into business impacts.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical jargon into clear, relatable business impacts.

  • Influence & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and support teams experiencing "change fatigue."
