Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding business requirements, and developing strategies for improvement. Daily tasks include conducting detailed data analysis, creating reports, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization
* Ability to clearly understand and document Business Requirements
* Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, data analysis software)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience in consulting or in a similar role is a plus
