Main Purpose of the Role:

The Brand is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing and brand activities in line with Beko’s strategy. The role aims to strengthen brand visibility, ensure consistency across all communication channels, and contribute to achieving market share and sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management & Communication

* Assist in developing and executing annual brand plans and campaigns.
* Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with HQ to localize global campaigns and adapt content for the local market.
* Monitor brand visibility across digital and offline touchpoints.

2. Product brand Marketing

* Support the launch of new products (planning, pictures, POS materials, Catalogues, brochures, leaflet, stands, displays, media, events).
* Collaborate with trade marketing to ensure effective in-store visibility and promotional support.
* Analyze product performance (sell out), market trends (Gfk), and competitors to provide actionable insights.

3. Digital & Media Coordination

* Coordinate digital campaigns in collaboration with agencies (social media, influencers, paid media).
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and share recommendations.
* Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital platforms.

4. Events & Activations

* Support the organization of brand events, sponsorships, and activations.
* Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. Reporting & Budget Follow-up

* Track marketing expenses and ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
* Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.


Key Competencies & Skills:

* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Creativity and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and HQ teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
* Fluent in English and French (Arabic is a plus).
