As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers across Canada. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding support in both English and French, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in both English and FrenchProvide accurate information regarding TELUS products, services, billing, and technical supportTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiencyEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional serviceDocument customer interactions and escalate issues when necessaryCollaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
