Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Fez. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, restocking inventory, and assisting with food preparation. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and fostering a welcoming environment within the restaurant.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee and specialty beverage preparation
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Customer Service experience with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
* Basic food preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying customer demands
* Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is an advantage
* Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workspace
