🚀 Internship Missions | Afriquantrix Partner Program

Afriquantrix is opening internship missions for curious, ambitious, and execution-driven talents who want to work on the future of insurance, advisory, operations, and digital client experience.

This is not a “photocopy and observe” internship.

We are supporting one of our partner companies: a newly licensed insurance brokerage firm in Morocco, built around a modern vision of insurance intermediation — more transparent, more digital, more client-centric, and more useful for individuals, professionals, and businesses.

We are looking for interns who want to learn by doing, contribute from day one, and help build real operating systems, real client journeys, and real market intelligence.

The missions may be remote, in person, or hybrid, depending on the role, profile, and level of autonomy.

Open internship missions:

🔹 Insurance Growth & Market Development Intern
For profiles interested in business, sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
You will help identify client segments, structure outreach, prepare offers, follow leads, map opportunities, and support the creation of a modern insurance distribution engine.

🔹 Insurance Operations & Client Journey Intern
For structured minds who like execution, process, and precision.
You will support client onboarding, file preparation, contract documentation, follow-up workflows, internal coordination, and the design of smoother, clearer insurance journeys.

🔹 Content, Brand & Digital Communication Intern
For creative profiles who understand that financial services also need storytelling.
You will help create educational content, social media posts, commercial material, client-facing explanations, and communication formats that make insurance more accessible and less intimidating.

🔹 Data, Process & Digital Transformation Intern
For analytical profiles who like systems, tools, dashboards, and automation.
You will contribute to data structuring, process mapping, operational dashboards, workflow improvement, and early-stage digital tools supporting insurance brokerage operations.

Who should apply?

We are looking for serious, sharp, and proactive candidates with:

• Strong communication skills

• Curiosity for insurance, finance, regulation, technology, or business development

• Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality

• Ability to work independently and ask smart questions

• Willingness to learn fast and contribute seriously

• Good command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• English and/or French proficiency; Arabic is a strong plus

Prior knowledge of the Moroccan insurance market is appreciated, but not mandatory. What matters most is mindset, discipline, and the ability to turn learning into execution.
