Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agadir for a Barista at Sable Beach House. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the working area, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include crafting coffee and specialty drinks, assisting with food preparation, taking customer orders, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Barista skills and experience in preparing coffee and other beverages
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with guests and work effectively as part of a team
* Customer service abilities to provide a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience
* Basic food preparation skills to assist with menu items
* Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
* Fluency in English; additional language skills, such as French or Arabic, are a plus
* Previous hospitality or café experience is preferred
