Audiovisual Technician (Future Department Lead)

We’re building an audiovisual team from the ground up. This is a two-year pilot program, and during this phase, you will handle the practical audiovisual tasks yourself. After the pilot program, you will move into the department lead position.

We want someone creative, motivated, and ready to grow — not someone already established in a senior role. If you want real experience, real responsibility, and a future leadership role, this position is for you.

Role (Pilot Phase)

• Handle audiovisual production tasks directly.

• Work on shoots, setups, camera work, basic sound, and visual preparation.

• Collaborate with photography, cinematography, and editing when needed.

• Keep workflow organized and meet project deadlines.

Future Role (After Pilot Program)

• Lead the audiovisual department.

• Manage operations, scheduling, and coordination.

• Guide new team members and maintain quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical experience in audiovisual work (or strong portfolio showing real skills).

• Motivated, disciplined, and focused.

• Creative mindset and ability to work under pressure.

• Not looking for senior-level applicants — this role is for people who want to grow.
