Job description :
The consultant/project manager will work alongside the managing director in the development, preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the implementation of development finance consulting projects in various regions of the world (North and sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia). He/she will also act, depending on his/her skills, as an expert consultant in the context of consulting assignments.
Responsibilities :
* Preparation of technical files/proposals in response to international calls for tenders
* Monitoring and coordination of project activities
* Participation in development finance consulting projects as a member of the team of experts / consultants
Desired profile :
* Master degree in banking, finance, auditing, or development economics
* Previous experience in a consulting firm, development bank, or investment fund
* Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and autonomy
* Excellent oral and written command of professional French and English

climate finance, and green finance, as well as non-financial services tailored to the needs of micro,
small, very small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), including those led by women and
young people,
o The development and implementation of a digital strategy,
* Supervisory authorities and regulators of the financial sector in:
o Knowledge of the specific characteristics of their local MSME markets/ecosystems, female
entrepreneurship and youth entrepreneurship; and
o Optimization of the legal and regulatory framework of the financial sector to maximize financial
inclusion,
* MSMEs, women entrepreneurs, and young entrepreneurs to develop their technical capacity in the operational and financial management of their businesses and to have access to finance and other financial services provided by financial intermediaries,
* Bilateral and multilateral development finance institutions/development banks and impact investment funds to:
o Develop their knowledge of national or regional markets
o Develop, implement, or evaluate technical assistance and/or direct and/or indirect (through
financial intermediaries) financing programs for MSMEs and sustainable activities;
o Create impact investment vehicles,
o Mobilize capital for impact investments.
