Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Assistant located in Guelmim. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, schedule management, coordination of meetings and events, and support various departments as needed. Additionally, the Assistant will be responsible for document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

* Organization abilities for maintaining office supplies and ensuring efficient office operations
* Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
