What You Will Do

• Provide routine technical service support to Sales Representatives in strategic heavy‑industry accounts

• Conduct site assessments, equipment inspections, and operational surveys for prospective customers

• Support the commissioning and start‑up of new applications and industrial solutions

• Build strong relationships with plant managers, engineers, and operational leaders

• Diagnose operational issues, analyze system performance, and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare technical reports, performance summaries, and improvement plans

• Support field activities including sample testing, equipment checks, inventory management, and general service tasks

• Follow Ecolab safety standards and incident reporting requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of technical service or field support experience

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industries such as mining, metals, energy, manufacturing, or industrial chemicals

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment and processes

• Ability to communicate technical value to customers and influence decision‑making

• Experience working with large national or multinational industrial clients

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel
