Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy (AKP) is seeking a passionate AKP Coordinator to support and coordinate its philanthropic projects across Morocco. Based in Marrakech, this role involves working closely with local communities, partner organizations, and the A&K team to implement sustainable initiatives in education, conservation, healthcare, and community development.

The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, build strong partnerships with community stakeholders, monitor project progress, prepare budgets and reports, and support guest visits to AKP projects. This role requires to travel frequently throughout the project areas and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while representing one of the world's leading philanthropic organizations in sustainable tourism.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating NGO or community development projects and holds a diploma in Community Development, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and spoken English, strong project coordination and budgeting skills, and a passion for community engagement are essential. Experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is an advantage.
