Missions

* Diagnostic/Automotive Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software.
* Analyze problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
* Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.
* Parts and Equipment Management: Manage and order automotive parts and equipment.
* Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order.
* Repair Assistance: Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
* Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as needed.

* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
* Experience with diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Compétences

* Technical Assistance Agent with solid experience in the automotive industry and in After-Sales Service activities L1/L2, ideally specializing in Autonomous Driving, Electronics, and Electrical systems.
