Through our online auction platform, we offer over 15.000 vehicles per week, sourced from leading fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, as well as banks and dealerships.

As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our After Sales operations with a proactive and customer-oriented After Sales Support Agent.


This role combines administrative coordination and exceptional customer service — you’ll be the key link between our customers and our internal departments (Sales, Administration, and Logistics).


Your mission: to ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process, handling issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


* Payments Follow-Up: Monitor order payment statuses, follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare orders efficiently.
* Pick-Up Coordination: Track customer orders and ensure vehicle collections are organized promptly to avoid additional fees.
* Documentation Management: Ensure customers provide required administrative documents, and follow up on any missing or delayed paperwork.
* Sales & Administrative Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the Sales and Administration departments and customers for specific requests or concerns (e.g. order complaints, parking fines, etc.).
* Support KYC Operations: Collaborate with the KYC department to verify and confirm customer documentation where required.


What We’re Looking For:


* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Commercial mindset, with focus on the client satisfaction
* Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish (additional languages are an advantage)
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
* Previous experience in after-sales, customer support, or administrative coordination preferred

* Contractor agreement with hourly rate + performance-based commission
