Position: Lawyer (Collaboration Contract)

Location: Morocco (Remote/Hybrid)

Contract Type: Collaboration Agreement

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and assistance in various areas of Moroccan law, including business law, contract law, and civil law.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes in Morocco.

• Collaborate with HBM Juristen on international legal matters.

• Assist in compliance and regulatory matters for businesses operating in Morocco.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized Moroccan university.

• Licensed to practice law in Morocco.

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial or corporate law.

• Strong knowledge of Moroccan legal frameworks and regulations.

• Excellent French and Arabic language skills (English is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
