🚀 What are we looking for?

At Calsina Carré, we are looking for a talented and driven professional to lead the digital transformation of our Accounts Payable (AP) function across the group. This role requires someone with strong process thinking, technical curiosity, and experience in international, multi-company environments.

🎯 Your mission

To drive the end-to-end digital transformation of the Accounts Payable process by implementing smart, automated and standardized solutions that connect suppliers, purchasing, and finance across countries and legal entities using SAP S/4HANA.

🔧 Main responsibilities

* Analyze and redesign the end-to-end AP process, from purchase request to final payment.
* Promote invoice digitalization (OCR, e-invoicing, SAP Invoice Management).
* Define and monitor KPIs related to process efficiency and quality.
* Support the digital integration of strategic suppliers.
* Enhance and standardize the use of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in AP processes.
* Lead the deployment of standardized AP processes across our international entities (Spain, Morocco, France, Romania, Portugal...).
* Act as a bridge between purchasing, IT, controlling, and treasury teams.
* Be part of the SAP Key Users core team within Finance, supporting decentralized AP teams across countries.

* % of invoices successfully auto-processed
* Average end-to-end cycle time (purchase to payment)
* % of digitally integrated suppliers
* SLA compliance of AP teams
* Level of process standardization across the group

🧠 Ideal profile

* University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles in multinational companies
* Proven experience in process automation and digitalization (OCR, RPA, workflows)
* Functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA
* Solid skills in digital tools: Power BI, SharePoint, e-invoicing platforms
* Languages: fluent in Spanish and English; French and/or Arabic are a strong asset
