Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – Multinational – Morocco


We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting and financial operations in Morocco. You will be responsible for general ledger management, financial closing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise general and analytical accounting.

-Ensure monthly and annual financial closing.

-Guarantee tax and regulatory compliance.

-Provide financial analysis and performance indicators to management.

-Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Profile Required:

-Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Master’s degree: DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent).

-5 to 8 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a multinational environment.

-Strong knowledge of Moroccan and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

-Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).

-Fluency in French and English.
