Job Responsibilities
2.1 System Establishment and Maintenance
* Lead the establishment, update and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Ensure these three systems comply with international standards and industry regulations, and cover all business processes of the company such as production, operation and service.
* Regularly identify problems in system operation. Revise system documents (including quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, etc.) in light of business changes (such as the launch of new products and process optimization) to ensure the applicability and timeliness of system documents.
* Promote the implementation of system standards in various departments. Through training, on - site guidance and other methods, ensure that employees in all departments understand and implement system requirements, and integrate system management into daily work.
2.2 Audit and Compliance Management
* Organize and conduct internal system audits (covering ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001). Formulate audit plans, set up audit teams, conduct on - site audits, issue audit reports and track the implementation of correction plans to promote the closure of problems and improve the effectiveness of system operation.
* Cooperate with external audits (such as audits by third - party certification bodies and customer audits). Be responsible for the preparation of audit materials, on - site reception, problem communication and follow - up of corrections to ensure the smooth passing of external audits and certification renewal.
* Monitor system compliance. Track the updates of domestic and foreign laws and policies related to quality management, environment and occupational health and safety, and adjust the system content in a timely manner to avoid compliance risks.
2.3 Training and Competence Improvement
* Develop system training plans. Conduct ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 system knowledge training for different positions (such as management, front - line employees and internal auditors) to improve the overall system awareness and operational capabilities of employees.
* Be responsible for the construction and management of the internal auditor team. Organize professional skills training for internal auditors (such as audit skills and standard interpretation) to improve the audit level of the audit team and ensure the quality of internal audit work.
2.4 Data Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
* Establish a data monitoring mechanism for system operation. Collect system operation indicators of various departments (such as non - conforming product rate, environmental compliance rate, safety accident rate, etc.), analyze the data regularly and identify shortcomings in system operation.
* Promote the continuous improvement of the system. In view of the problems found in audits and the shortcomings reflected by data, work with business departments to formulate improvement plans and track the implementation effects. Form a closed - loop management of "identifying problems - making corrections - verifying - optimizing" to improve the overall quality management, environmental and occupational health and safety levels of the company.
3. Job Requirements
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in quality management system related fields. Practical experience in the three systems of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is required. Priority is given to those who are familiar with the characteristics of system operation in industries such as manufacturing and service industry.
3. Qualification Certificates: Hold internal auditor certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. Priority is given to those who hold external auditor certificates or other relevant system certification certificates (such as IATF16949).
4. Professional Competence:
* Be proficient in the content of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 international standards and audit processes, and be able to independently complete the preparation of system documents, the formulation of audit plans and the implementation of audits.
* Possess strong ability in problem analysis and solution. Be able to identify system loopholes from audit results and operation data, and promote the implementation of effective correction measures.
* Be familiar with quality management tools (such as PDCA, FMEA, SPC, etc.) and be able to apply these tools to system improvement to improve the efficiency of system operation.

* Possess good communication and coordination skills. Be able to effectively connect with various departments, promote the implementation of system requirements and cross - departmental improvement projects.
