We cook with ingredients from our own 25-acre permaculture farm, Sanctuary Slimane, just outside the city.
Our menu follows the seasons and highlights what we grow. Fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, all prepared in an open kitchen and served in a restored Art Deco space.
