The Roaming Agency is a French entertainment company that owns and manages ten world-class roaming bands, performing at luxury weddings and corporate events across the globe. We bring unforgettable live music experiences to the most exclusive celebrations.

Position Overview

We are preparing to design and launch our new website and are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to collaborate with us on a flexible, hourly basis.

There is also a possibility of transitioning into a part-time position in the future for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

* Develop the new website for The Roaming Agency using WordPress (Elementor, Divi, or similar builder), in close collaboration with our UX/UI designer, who will provide all design assets and guidelines.
* Ensure the website is visually consistent, intuitive, and fast-loading across all devices.
* Apply SEO best practices to optimize site visibility and performance.
* Integrate all website forms with HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth and accurate data synchronization.
* Design and optimize landing pages for PPC campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
* Implement analytics and user tracking, creating dashboards to visualize user behavior and engagement.
* Set up and manage tracking pixels and tags (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Meta, etc.).
* Collaborate with our marketing team to improve user experience and conversion rates.
* Be available for calls when required and maintain clear, prompt communication throughout the project.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience designing and developing websites in WordPress (portfolio required).
* Strong understanding of SEO, site performance optimization, and responsive design.
* Experience integrating websites with HubSpot and other CRMs.
* Solid knowledge of user tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).
* Experience creating and maintaining PPC landing pages with full tracking setup.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly responsive — must be available for feedback and quick adjustments when required.
