We are building a state-of-the-art industrial park in Jorf Lasfar dedicated to the full lifecycle of battery materials, from refining to recycling. Our mission is to build a low-carbon, high-quality, closed-loop battery material manufacturing ecosystem. With a future production capacity equivalent to 70 GWh—powering over 1 million electric vehicles annually—we are strategically positioned to lead the energy transition in the Euro-American market.

About the Role

As our Warehousing Manager, you will be the master of our inventory and the guardian of our operational efficiency. You will oversee all warehousing activities, from receiving and storage to inventory management and dispatch. Your expertise will ensure that our production lines never stop and that our customers receive their materials on time. We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational discipline, bringing best practices from the chemical or automotive sectors to our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coordinate: Organize, plan, and direct all warehousing activities to ensure seamless production flow. Proactively identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Drive Cost Efficiency: Execute cost-control strategies to continuously reduce operational expenses without compromising supply. Improve workflows and optimize on-site management.

• Manage Quality & Systems: Oversee the development and maintenance of departmental system documents (ISO, IATF). Handle customer audits and resolve complaints with professionalism.

• Develop People: Supervise, mentor, and train your team. Identify training needs to ensure your staff continuously adapts to evolving requirements.

• Champion Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations to create a zero-accident workplace.

• Control Inventory: Organize regular inventory counts, approve discrepancy handling plans, and ensure full financial accountability for stock.

• Shape Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve all warehousing SOPs—from receiving to outbound logistics.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Warehouse management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, industrial Engineering or a related field is required.

Required Skills

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the automotive sector, the chemical industry, or chemical manufacturing is an absolute requirement. You understand the rigor and precision these industries demand.

• Leadership Experience: You have a track record of managing warehouse teams, developing talent, and driving performance.

• Strategic Mindset: You are not just an operator; you are a builder. You can design processes and build a department.

• Languages: English is mandatory as a working language. Chinese is a significant plus, facilitating seamless communication with our global partners.

• Experience in implementing ISO and IATF standards.
